Scav Hunt Sunday: Israel Edition

Feast:
The shuk (market) in Jerusalem is famous for stalls overflowing with fruits and nuts and pastries. A feast for the senses!

Old and New:
Jerusalem is an ancient city with many modern flares. The new light rail zooms past many buildings that have stood for thousands of years!

Stone:
Much of the stone in the Old City of Jerusalem dates back thousands of years! Much of it is a car free zone, simply because there is just nowhere to put the roads!

Purple:
Bougainvillea grows everywhere here - it's such a pop of color against the Jerusalem stone!

Vintage:
A giant Panasonic radio in city hall square that actually works!

I love that juxtaposition of the old with the new. Beautiful photo prompts, as always.
