The Vessel

After several years of being closed, The Vessel is open! The safety concerns were addressed and the whole structure isn't open for climbing, but you can once again go back up the maze of staircases. It was a bit cold (ok a lot cold) and windy when we went, but it was practically empty which was great!
The Vessel is such a unique NYC landmark and the views are pretty amazing too! The netting they added to address the safety concerns do not impact the view that much at all and I would rather have some netting to look through than have it stay closed forever!

You got some really neat photos! A little netting is much better than keeping it closed forever. I hope it does the trick!
