We headed over to the Poconos in Pennsylvania this weekend to do a bit of hiking at Bushkill Falls. Often called the "Niagra of PA," Bushkill is a series of eight waterfalls that you reach through an amazing path of trails, bridges, and boardwalks. There were incredible views of the waterfalls and surrounding forest as we did the 2.5 mile loop!
We chose the longer trail that took us to all the falls and the most amazing vantage point over the gorge. We also climbed a LOT of stairs - up and down. I loved that it was a mix of boardwalk and actual ground trail and that we could hear rushing water the whole time.
Now, we want to go back in the spring when the falls are at peak strength!

...a little piece of heaven!
I don't think I've ever been there although I used to drive by all the time!
Wow! This trail looks like a lot of work and a lot of fun at the same time!
We've never hiked it when the waterfalls are full either but it is such a pretty area.
