The NYBG train show is back! One of our winter highlights was back in full operation this year and as wonderful as ever. We snagged early evening tickets and were very impressed by all the new arrangements but also how great it was with fewer people crowding around the displays.
Some fun new ones were a much more expansive Central Park display and an even cooler Lower Manhattan display (although St. Paul's Catherdral somehow migrated there according to them...!). I was a giddy little kid after we walked through the show. Sometimes a short reprieve from something you love makes you appreciate it all that much more.

You got some beautiful shots. It's much nicer to tour with fewer people around the displays!
I have always loved that show. There was a similar set up at the Biltmore!
...I have seen some lovely train displays, but this one is amazing!
Your last line is GOLD!!!!!!! Perfect first line of a book, should you ever decide to write one. Also...love the pictures!
