It's been a hot second since I had some time in a museum! I remedied that with a museum day with my mom over Passover. We started uptown at the Guggenheim; we hadn't been there in a while and they have a marvelous exhibition right now that even includes plants hanging from the famous skylight!
The main exhibit is by artist Rashid Johnson, his first major solo exhibition. His works are very thought-provoking and unique! I loved the mix of mediums and textures. The top of the spiral was filled with plants in the most amazing planters, also made by the artist and added such a unique flair to the exhibit and space!Monday, April 21, 2025

The hanging plants are a nice creative display, and good for the air quality there. That red pile not so much, looks too much like a big spleen.
We haven't been there in a few years and part of it was closed due to construction. It's looking gorgeous again!
I want to visit this beautiful place the next time I'm in the city!
I like the plants! It's fun that it's different from when I was there in November!
We have a hotel that has plants hanging over the edges of walls like that. Have a fabulous week and thankyou again for the linkup.
Looks Wonderful ...Amazing clicks
