The Good:

We had a great Thanksgiving! We saw cousins on my side in the morning before hanging with Judah's family for our meal later - lots of quality time and delicious food.

The Random:

Judah had to act out the caution sign - complete with jazz hands.

The Fun:

We saw Wicked For Good yesterday! So so so good! There were smiles, there were tears, when can I see it again?

The Good:

We had a few packed days with the nieces and nephews on Judah's side! We took 3 of the kiddos into the city yesterday to go to the American Natural History Museum and had a blast!

The Random:

I had to chuckle at this adorably random yet fitting fire hydrant in front of a fire station on the Upper West Side!

The Fun:

Jon Hamm was on our street filming an episode for his show "Friends and Family" - there were no sightings, but it was cool to watch a show film right across the street from us!

The Good:

We spent the weekend in the Catskill Mountains, which meant amazing stargazing views! I looked up one night and the Little Dipper was staring down at us!

The Random:

Had to love this small town street sign! 

The Fun:

We were glamping with Judah's sister and her family, my mother-in-law and niece, and had the best time all together!

Top of the Rock

I have finally been to the Top of the Rock! When we were in the city on Sunday with Eliana, we wanted to give her a great view of the city and neither Judah or I had been up to the top of Rockefeller Center so we snagged tickets to the famed Top of the Rock! As skyscraper lookouts go in the city, this was quite reasonably priced and the views were stunning!

We lucked out with super weather and amazing views from 70 floors up! The architecture is also as amazing as the views with the art deco building really makes it a unique experience. Eliana loved seeing the city from so high up and we had fun pointing out other landmarks for her, too!

The Good:

We saw another amazing fireworks show over the weekend! We joined some friends at their township's big show and it did not disappoint!

The Random:

I get a good laugh every time I see this cocktail sauce at the kosher market. The sauce is kosher...the picture on the label...big no no!

The Fun:

We spent Sunday afternoon in the city with our oldest niece. She had never done the fun tourist things in the city so we showed her around including the giant Piano at FAO Schwartz!

The Good:

My sister-in-law and her family made it to the States!! They landed Friday, and we spent the weekend together before they headed to camp. (we only spent Shabbat with them, so alas no pictures with them).

The Random:

Hey...HomeGoods...it's still JUNE! 

The Fun:

We're down in Ocean City for a week of fun in the sun with my mom and my sister and her family! So excited to introduce Judah to where I grew up!

The Good:

We facetimed with the Israeli family on Friday. It's usually hard to get a mutual time, but since schools are closed they were home (and awake!) during our morning so we had fun chatting. Praying they can come to America for the summer like usual once the airport can open. 

The Random:
What in the glow worm beanie baby is this!?

The Fun:

We spent the day at the local outlet mall yesterday (insane in the heat, but hey the stores are frigid). I didn't get anything but always fun to get a retail fix.
