Little Things: Sand Sculpture Festival
Every summer on Revere Beach there is a huge sand sculpting festival. Tons of sand sculptures come and spend days making insanely amazing creations that are then voted on by the masses that come to view them. I finally made it down there and -- wow wow wow -- beyond amazing!!
Having grown up on the beach I have always had an appreciation for sand sculptures and these were just insane. Each piece was more amazing then the next. The textures and patterns and designs were just so impressive.
So glad I finally got down to the beach for this!

Wow. I am speechless! I have always wanted to see sculptures like this in person, but so far, I never have. This is amazing!
Oh you were right across the sound from me! If you had binoculars you may have even been able to see me house in Nahant. I was there when I picked my husband up at Wonderland early Saturday morning and got a few pictures as well. I loved the lady Justice with the people holding her up.

So beautiful! We have an ice sculpture festival here in Colorado, but sand sculptures are even more fleeting..

The sand sculptures were amazing! We have a snow sculpture competition held here in winter.
These sculptures are incredible! I will have to keep an eye out for the even next summer.
